Description
We are a small CPA group concentrating in US companies doing busines in PR. We serve as the outsourced accounting and payroll departments for several US companies engaged in business on the island for less than the cost of establishing these costs centers on the iisland. In additon, we focus on US and PR tax planning, state and municipal tax exemption, business permits and systems integration. We also assist moview producers with local production support in the areas of corporate structure, financing, local tax incentives, labor subsidies, and accounting & payroll on-site suport during all stages of the prodcution. We generally practice in the manufacturing, retail, distribution, film, banking and service industries.
