Novotny, Larash & Grainger, P.A. is a professional accounting corporation whose owners are licensed to practice as certified public accountants. Formed in Annapolis Maryland in 1984, our firm is the outgrowth of a private practice started by our founder, Joseph H. Novotny. Mr. Novotny started his career with Coopers & Lybrand and was later appointed the County Auditor for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, a position he held for 28 years. During that time, he also built a successful private practice, was an organizer and president of many civic organizations, was co-founder of the Anne Arundel County Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, and was President of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. We are proud of our heritage and strive to attain Mr. Novotny's passion and dedication to his clients and profession.
