Description
Ems was founded in 2001 and its primary goal was to assist companies with setting up software to process their accounting needs. It wasn't long after, working with many companies; we discovered that many of them had the similar problems. Example: One of these problems was poor employee attendance and another was the rising cost of medical insurance. We developed a (Medical Assistance Plan) MAP to solve both problems by using Peachtree to process and maintain the necessary payroll transactions. Not only does the employee's attendance improve but, in most cases it pays all their minor medical expenses/deductibles. Most of the affordable medical insurances today have such high deductibles ($1600 to $ 2000) that it would not even cover employee's minor medical expenses. Now we work very close with our clients, solving problems and improving their relationships with their employees. We are a CPA firm whose target market is closely held businesses and their owners. We provide a broad range of services applicable to this marketplace.
